Job Desrcriptions: 

People Management

•  Team Management – Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate performance.
•  Strive to create a good working environment and develop a sense of pride and professionalism.
•  Set individual goals and regular review to give direct feedback.

Business Management: 

•  Achieve annual service revenue targets.
•  Maintain high quality service work, quick turnaround time and professional response to customer.
•  Conduct periodic review on workflow and systems to identify improvement areas with action plan to enhance the productivity and operation excellence.
•  Develop and maintain service sales opportunities by establishing good relationship with existing & potential customers.
•  Monitor spare parts ordering and responsible for inventory management.
•  Prepare yearly budget and control AR with Finance team.
•  Work closely with HQ service team for products technical issues.
•  Develop and manage the local service stations.

•  Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majored in Electrical Engineering or related.
•  More than 10 years of working experience in After Sales service.
•  A minimum of 3 years of working experience in people management.
•  Proactive and customer-orientated personality.
•  Good at communication within the team as well as cross department.
•  Strong logical thinking and decision-making abilities.
•  Be able to work under pressure & own the result.
•  Experience in AR control and budget planning.
•  Comfortable with MAC, good at Excel, Word, PPT and outlook.
•  Good command of both spoken and written English skills.
•  Familiar with film industry will be an advantage.
