Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Production

l To meet production schedules true the efficient use of manpower material and equipment;

l To exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious

relations of all production personnel;

l To review and evaluate performance of production operation and take necessary actions to

improve them;

l To initiate/coordinate corrective measures for prompt actions on operational related problems;

l To ensure good internal communication in the section;

l To coordinate with other sections/departments on matters regarding production operations;

l To ensure and maintain good housekeeping safe working practice;

l To set up and maintain operation procedures for prompt and accurate reporting system;

l To implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance to company policies, rules and

Regulations;

l To improve and coordinate continues improving of process.

Planning

l Build the production schedule daily bases to ensure both stock and delivery is safety and under target stock level

l Material Plan made based on the central planning request

l SAP operation in both production & material

Logistic

l Monitor and supervise direct raw material, indirect materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods receiving, issuing, and delivery flow, to guarantee a daily scheduled and on time operation.

l Supervise and Control the proper implementation of DCS and SAP system, guarantee the consistence between system and physical flow.

l Transportation arrangement based on the plant needs.

l Monitor and control and inventory on site to reach the target level. Provide warning and request adjustment when variance occurred or potential risk realized.

l Manage and follow up the pallet demand, return & maintenance

l Manage the packing standard of products

l 5S in his (her) team

l Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and

- Education学历: Bachelor degree or above

- Language语言: English: CET-4 or above, Could be written and spoken English

- Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in MS Office.

- Work experience工作经验: More than 3years experience in Logistic/Planning
