Responsibilities：

1. Overdue Collection: For unpaid invoices reaching the due date, email or call related customers or companies from time to time and remind them to pay as soon as possible. Help identify and resolve payment issues and speed up their processing of payment;

2. Billing: Prepare invoices according to system templates and send out to customers per their request;

3. Cash Receipt Entry: Record cash receipts from customer, summarize payment transaction record from bank statements or check copies and enter them to the system. Process credit cards transactions according to the invoice or order amount. Reconcile the payments to the invoices;

4. Accounting Service: Reply emails from customers or other departments like Sales Managers or Technical Account Managers and answer their payment related questions;

5. Credit Evaluation: Watch closely over customer credit status and perform credit check; setup appropriate credit limit for specific customer accounts;

6. Assist Finance department for daily operations or tasks including monthly close, bank reconciliation, account balance confirmation, auditing, etc.\

Requirements:

1. Major: English or Accounting major. Bachelor degree or above. For English major TEM-8 is required. For Accounting major CET-6 is required;

2. Good oral and written English (direct communication with foreign customers over emails, phones);

3. Working Experience: At least one year working experience related to Business, Foreign Trade or Accounting, or excellent graduates;

4. Good Computer skills: Basic Office software operation: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.;

5. Characteristics: Initiative, positive and stable. Accountability, strong team spirit and customer service awareness;

6. SAP operation experience is a plus (not required);

7. (Total Working Hours): 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Due to time difference with our customers, periodic night shift (From 13:00 pm to 22:00 pm) is required: 1 week every month or so, depending on the total number of team members. The rest weeks would be 8:30 am to 17:30 pm;
