Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the technology portfolio. This includes delivery and support resources. Accountable for ensuring that this portfolio enables data integration and transparency, and that all selected technologies follow appropriate IT standards;
• Participates in the Operating Plan process ensuring that initiatives are accounted;
• Prioritizes demand for assigned Business collaborating with architecture teams and resource managers to ensure project inter-dependencies are accounted for and resources able to fulfill demand;
• Understands business objectives and requirements and developing the technology strategy needed to support the business;
• Facilitates the prioritization of technology projects;
• Ensures that all Global Security policies and procedures are followed;
• Builds and maintains productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, also act as trusted advisor for infrastructure technology;
• Advises Leadership staff on Business strategy and general infrastructure trends;
• Understands the strategic business direction in an effort to identify opportunities for technology innovation;
• Identifies Business technology needs and growth strategies and maintain 3 year technology roadmaps
• Represents and communicates Business management’s Infrastructure Technology needs to Group/Division;
• Ensures that organizational and business related priorities are clearly and consistently communicated;
• Leads the application development and support teams and their service line's applications.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years relevant work experience; a minimum 3 years working in the Pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry is also required;
• IT system lifecycle knowledge to include requirements gathering, change management, implementation and continuous support;
• Ability to work independently and to make decisions based on experience;
• Experience in GMP, Data Integrity and CSV are required;
• Significant experience with Quality and Regulatory systems in pharmaceutical industry is required;
• Strong management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical problem solving and conflict resolutions kills;
• Flexible, highly motivated, with strong organization skills and the ability to multi task; must be able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment.
