We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our distribution business, in Shenzhen office. This role will define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining shortage and cost saving opportunities and deal with existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services. Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic selling

• Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order Entry

• Customer profiling & call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts

• Territory & Account Management

• Customer Budgeting

• Multi-line selling

• Customer development/retention/penetration

• Volume Sales Agreements

• Credit Terms Application &/or Renewals

• Strategic Backlog Management

                     

What We Are Looking For

• No less than 3 years sales experience gained from the electronic Components industry specialized in Auto/Power business.

• Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer

• Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry

• service-oriented and "Can do" attitudes
