职位描述
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.
1. Role as account SSR(System Service Representative) to TSS account, which included IBM brand and Cisco infrastructure.
2. IBM Power server/storage installation/maintenance, performance turning;
3. Cisco network products technical support, eg implementation, turning and related repair action.
4. Overall cust-SAT management, account management, and basic PM(Project Manager) assistance.
5. Assistance to TSS business engagement, both on Logo MA(maintenance) and MVS(Multi Vendor Service).
Expect you :
- Bachelor degree or above
- IBM AIX and power server related;
- IBM Storage(especially SAN product line)technical support skill;
- DR technology related is prefer.
- Cisco CCIE is mandatory.
- Good communication skill both in English and in Chinese
- Quick learner and good team player
