汇报对象： 省级区域经理

职位职责：
地区品牌的零售运作管理(80家店铺管理)
招聘、管理及培养零售人员
开发新店,与商场进行有效谈判与协调
执行市场促销计划
高效的货品及陈列管理
有效的财务管理及成本控制


任职要求：
35岁以下，大专以上学历
两年以上外企管理工作经验，有时尚品牌管理经验或零售行业经验者优先
较强的管理技能及领导力，良好的沟通技巧和谈判能力
适应在压力下工作
