Job Description

• Support and maintenance of dedicated application services, include .net and java application
• Understand the business of the applications.
• On behalf of client IT team, communicate with business users to meet their expectation. Understand their pain points and requirement, and provide workaround and long term solution.
• Track every ticket till close.
• Perform RCCA during the support.
• Interface with other Merck IT teams as required to provide service availability as per KPIs
• Manage vendors as required
• Estimate the effort and setup project with proper documents and schedule as required
• Manage the changes and deliver the product with user satisfaction
• Summarize and communicate the progress of project and change requests
• Effective reporting of project / change / task status to manager

Job Requirements (Please specify mandatory skills, additional skills)

    

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years working experience in technology and project experiences
• 3+ years’ experience developing on SQL, HTML, CSS, java-script, JQuery, . NET
• 5+ years application management experience, incl. application lifecycle management, upgrades etc
• Solid knowledge on web application support.
• Solid communication and soft skill.
• Excellent logic thinking and can manage critical conditions.
• Familiar with vue .js, angular.js technical skill

                                

Nice to have:

• Experience within Life Science domain
• Experience with ITIL
• Willingness to set yourself challenging goals in order to achieve superior performance.
• Customer orientation and commitment to quality
