工作内容：

1.掌握公司销售的软件产品知识及业务流程(公司提供完善培训);

2.开发新客户并巩固老客户，勤奋踏实，耐挫折；

3.与客户进行电话及见面沟通，及时掌握客户诉求，为客户提供满意的解决方案；  

4.发展并维护客户，保持良好业务关系； 

5.了解并培育潜在客户，定期上门拜访沟通；  

6.参与合同的谈判与签订，配合技术团队完成售前及售后服务。

任职要求：

1.专科及以上学历，机械及理科专业优先；  

2.热爱销售工作，有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的信心；  

3.良好的沟通能力、卓越的客户沟通能力，英文四级(CET-4)以上优先； 

4.具备良好的客户服务意识，敏锐的客户分析能力；  

5.锲而不舍，有耐心，能够适应一定的出差任务；   

6.CAD/CAE/EDA等研发类工具软件熟悉者优先；

工资及福利:

1.固定底薪+月度绩效+提成+KPI奖金；

2.朝九晚六+双休,小长假按国家规定执行；
