Responsibilities:

工作职责

Organize and manage the tradeshow, large events and other academic events.

组织和管理展会， 会议和相关学术会议。

? Booth design and management

? 展台设计及管理

? Logistics management for event-related faculties/attendees

? 与活动相关的与会者的后勤管理

? Support T&E arrangements for KOLs, Proctors for national/city tour P2P events

? 为全国/城市巡回KOL提供差旅安排

? Coordinate and execute sales/commercial or mktg. internal meetings, such as internal training, support PM and CM

? 市场部内部活动支持

Develop SOP and operation guideline for event related processes.

为会务的相关流程开发标准操作规程并执行具体操作。

End-to-end marketing campaign project management

带领团队成员完成全面的市场活动计划管理

Monitor and track for event’s Effectiveness, Analysis, ROI

定期提交报告并完成特定的分析报告。

Manage budgets to ensure effective spending and accountability 

确保预算以支出有效及条目清晰

Other work assigned by superior.

完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

   

 

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Competencies & Expectations):

Knowledge:
知识
Bachelor degree, with at least 5 years working experience in event management or related field.
本科或以上学历，至少5年专注于会议管理或相关领域工作经验。

Soft Skills/Competencies:
技能/能力
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
熟练的英语听说读写能力

Experience in project management

拥有项目管理相关经验更佳
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, good logical thinking and problem solve skill.
优秀的沟通、演讲技巧和人际交往能力，思路清晰并且具备解决问题的能力。
Creative, dynamic and result oriented and availability to travel.
创新，有活力，并且结果导向并愿意接受出差
