1 Starting situation NSC Insurance Business Management started to be centrally managed by the controlling department of BBA since mid-2016 in order to enhance related controls and improve efficiency. BBF-23 Insurance Team provides daily insurance business and claim handling service for all NSC functional cars, and the insurance team is processing about 650 units of functional cars and 300 insurance applications in average per year. Each cases requires to double check insured vehicle related underwriting documents, prepare payment application, and check invoice and management policy and data in a regular basis. The work load of 800 units’ functional car volume is too high for one specialist insurance to manage. Plus, various check need to be conducted before handover insurance policy to business department. Therefore, we are in the process of outsourcing insurance business management support service to ensure that NSC functional car insurance business management is conducted in good efficiency and quality. The service provider will be paid on a monthly basis. 2 Tasks Introduce insurance application processes to applicant from business dept. Check underwriting documents, e.g., Imported Vehicle Commodity Inspection Certificate, Certificate of Importation of CargoArrange insurance premium down payment via SAP system, familiar with PR/ PO processProvide the payment breakdown detail to insurance companyFiling insurance policy and handover policy copy to business departmentCheck invoice correct and claim the invoice When any of the insurance specialists are on leave, taking over their work temporallyMake proposals to optimize insurance business management processesOther miscellaneous and temporary works per request. Data maintenance and analysis, including premium cost breakdown and loss ratio control $ul-li$- Organize regular insurance training for NSC staff, including internal application process, insurance coverage, and claim process.Handling daily claim, prepare claim document chop using application, scan chopped document, and mail to insurance company/ dealer 3 Qualification University/college degree Experience in finance or accounting field Experience at least 1 year Fairly Good at English writing & reading Diligent, detail oriented, structured, good communication skills Familiar with office software Quick learner with flexibility
