Mission

Ensures governance, execution and control of core Treasury & Corporate Finance activities in an efficient way.

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks

The responsibilities and tasks may include any of the below areas under global and China strategies and priorities:

Bank Relation, Services and Infrastructure: 

• Maintain global and China bank relations and monitor service quality.
• Implement bank solutions and services and negotiate bank agreements and pricing.
• Manage credit facility to cover all TCF products and arrange Global Letter of Support, if needed.
• Administer bank account and online banking.
• Set up payment, collection and bank draft solutions.

• Prepare liquidity forecast and perform cash dispositioning.
• Manage and monitor Siemens China cash pool (domestic and/or cross border).
• Arrange internal and external financing solutions, either domestic or cross border.
• Place excessive liquidity to optimize the return.
  

• Support bidding and pricing from FX risk perspective.
• Monitor NFCP and ensure proper FX risk management level.
• Execute and settle FX deal with the counterparties to ensure best rate.
• Perform mark-to-market and proper P&L allocation.

• Ensure compliance with regulation, Siemens Energy circulars and guidelines on above topics.
• Execute above activities within respective Siemens Energy limit and risk appetite.
• Ensure proper record keeping, consistency and transparency of TCF transactions.
• Guide and govern Siemens Energy OCs on Treasury & Corporate Finance activities.
• Provide training, advisory and solutions on above topics and SAFE, PBoC and CBIRC regulations to enable Siemens Energy business.
• Administer the system and/or user access of relevant Treasury & Corporate Finance systems.
• Compile reporting and perform reconciliation of selected activities.

• Interact with SAFE, PBoC or CBIRC on regulatory topics and prepare regulatory filing, report or response, if any.
• Drive new initiatives and best practices in process improvements and product, solution and system implementations.
• Implement TCF solutions in M&A project (including new OC set-up).

Qualifications            

• Minimum university graduate in finance and economics
• Prior work experience of at least 6 years in corporate treasury of multinational company
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
• Knowledge of SAFE and PBoC regulations
• Decent learning agility, communication and analytical skills
