ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

- Using product configuration tools to provide technical solution according to customer requirements, completing sales offering and supporting sales to communicate and providing technical clarification to the customer.
- Preparing comments & deviation according to customer specification for target projects.
- Executing technical solution quality improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction.
- Working as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of target projects, Reducing the factory manufacturing gap and increasing factory technical offering.
- Providing product training & technical communication to customer to increase customer satisfaction.
- Making proposals on industry customized products by fully analyzing market needs and application feature.
- Supporting PG finance controller to prepare risk review assessment, studying and providing product-level competitive analysis report of focused applications.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
- Must have experience in electrical machine design.
- Preferred to have experience in machine application.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
- Must have the ability to work globally within different cultures.
- Enthusiastic, innovative and able to change.
- Must be good in English.
