Job Responsibilities

• Take proactive approach with input all data into systems, including timely CV formatting, parsing, data qualifying, posting and management etc.
• Assisting with document management - paper and electronic in accordance with requirements
• Assistance with particular project as required

• Knowledge of standard office administrative procedures and equipment
• An engaging, enthusiastic and confident manner with an interest in supporting the work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Proactive and diligent - ability to “keep things moving”
• Good English on reading/writing

岗位要求：

1. 本科学历及以上

2. 良好的中英文沟通能力,CET-4以上

3. 工作积极性强、学习能力好, 有较强的责任心和抗压能力

4. 熟练使用office 办公软件，工作内容主要涉及中英文文件编辑录入，数据管理，报告分析等
