Who we are looking for

Looking for a full time employee to support APAC CAO team, especially to provide CAO support for Hangzhou GTS head. Bachelor’s degree required with basic knowledge of information technology. Proficiency in common Office tools is crucial. PowerPoint presentation skill is especially desired. English fluency is a must.

What you will be responsible for

As APAC CAO and ITVM support analyst, Senior Associate you will

perform the following tasks by yourself or in assistant role.

? Resource management – collect APAC/Hangzhou’s resource data, including FTE and contractors, on a regular/monthly basis and generate reports on new hire/termination/open positions, total headcounts, etc.

? Financial management – maintain and report on APAC, especially Hangzhou’s, GTS financial spend, budget vs actual, mid-year forecast, etc.

? Meeting/Report management – prepare and coordinate various meeting/presentation material for head of Hangzhou IT

? Perform/assist in various other tasks related to CAO team, such as demand management, org chart maintenance, skill inventory, meeting minutes, risk and compliance, internship program, FTE and contractor hiring process, etc.

? IT vendor management tasks if needed.

? Word processing skills, including Word and Excel, but especially professional presentation PowerPoint skill.

? Good knowledge of information technology and basic terminologies and concepts.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

? Previous similar work experience preferred

? Proactive attitude, self-motivated, able to work without close supervision, attention to detail, strategic thinking, following company’s compliance rules strictly.
