一 、Service description:

BMW dealers profit mainly come from aftersales, and dealer need training on insurance and accident management to strengthen aftersales retail ability.

B&P Dealer Aftersales Insurance & Accident Management Coaching Specialist will help promote Accident parts WS, enhance dealer accident leads management and insurance renewal competence, and increase customer retention.

• Survey for target dealers & local marketing and coach dealer staff which focus on aftersales insurance, accident leads management & accident business retention. And dig into dealer resources investment on the correct business to improve the aftersales profitability and customer satisfactions. The purpose is to find aftersales potential to achieve target.
• Require analytical work of basic data and develop a plan to improve dealers and keep tracking of training to help dealers achieve goals.
• Collect information from dealer and local marketing, and sort out data. Draft and form training scheme. Design and make training PPT and tool form to help present and coach.
• Present insurance & accident promotion plan and service to BMW to let them fully understand the idea and value.
• Present and optimize training plan, adjusting and updating the plan following insurance policy and business promotion policy.
• Deliver business insights to BMW with opinions from dealers and dealer groups.
• Good interaction with dealers and continuously follow up and explain dealer matter to ensure business improve and target achievement.

二 、qualification:

• Rich experience of automotive aftersales training/coaching
• Strong data analysis skills and experience
• Logic thinking and speak with data
• Plenty of experience with office software (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Possess a positive, self-motivated character and innovation spirit
• Open-minded and willing to accept challenge
• 5 years or above working experience in Auto industry, preferably in insurance and B&P training
• 2 years or above data analysis work experience, auto industry preferred
