Responsibility:

1. Cover whole China Medical Device Manufacturing/Laser Measurement & Control (MDM/LMC) business through distributors and direct sale.

2. Quarterly review with distributors on existing issues, key projects, and other related topics. Keep distributors fully motivated in finding new opportunities, doing market promotion.

3. Keep on searching for more potential distributors.

4. Collect market information through exhibitions, conferences, webinars. Timely share updates internally. Qualify prospects and push for corporate activity towards winning.

5. Keep SFDC records updated on a regular base. No overdue L&C, opportunity and open lead by quarter ends.

6. Keep good business relationship/personal credibility with BU/supporting function peers. Independently coordinate in-company supports towards winning more business.

   
   
   

Requirement:

1. BS or above in Mechanical or Engineering;

2. Familiar with laser fundamentals and related applications;

3. Related working experience preferred;

4. Result oriented skilled sales;

5. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;

6. Good Team player;

7. Has experience managing distributors. Best with medical industry background;

8. Work location: Shanghai.
