1. Network service: Lead several regular operation tasks / project; lead team to hand handle Incident / Change / Problem in daily operation; lead small network projects; attend all the IPT relevant project as the resource / delivery controller.


2.Staff outsourcing (include operation) service: Lead Staff outsourcing service for client, which include recruit / onboard / attendance / performance / replacement; for different Outsource staff team, we need to lead their daily operation to make sure they could meet SLA in BMW.


3. Service Single Contact of point: Be the service single contact of point to coordinate 4 service teams in client. Make sure every team work with same client expected model and standard.
