Key Accountabilities：
？ Ensure fundamental analysis and understanding of the global key account
？ Develop the right value propositions for the global key account
？ Plan and deploy global account plans & support the local implementation
？ Own the global opportunity pipeline for the global key account
？ Identify leads, develop opportunities, prepare proposals and generate sales
？ Ensure regular customer interaction at all levels of the organisation and manage the relationship between BV and the global key account (“zippering”)
？ Provide leadership, governance and support to the GKA related local key account managers in the I&F network
Education / Qualifications / Profile：
？ Education in engineering or business
？ Min of 15 years of experience in sales
？ Min of 15 years of experience in markets relevant
for the global key account
？ Proven track record of growing sales
？ Proven experience of managing large key accounts
？ Strong communicator
？ Strong ability to set priorities and follow through
？ Hands-on mentality
？ Stamina & resilience
