Goals/Mission:
- Technology and application development

- Develop and maintain the technological and process-related competence for System Integration / Systems / Products and Services in the vertical market (PLM)
- Develop and maintain vertical specific application standards and concepts for Siemens Industry
- Develop and maintain customer standards for products and system integration/solutions
- Coordinate and define requirements for vertical specific applications
- Provide feedback on product quality, performance, customer price and necessary features from customers to product owners
- Propose and / or finance vertical specific R&D-investments in line with participating business units
- Ensure know-how transfer to other VSS (e.g., joint tools and product enhancements)
- Channel management
- Balance the sales channels to maximize Volume and EBIT for Siemens
- Orchestrate and coordinate approach towards focus accounts within all sales channels

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Technical Sales of Regional within P&P customer

Tasks:
- Support regoinal sales and Drive system integration project in regoins for large/complex offers.Responsible for quotation, LOA and offer release,Coordinate and support negotiation of frame-agreements with focus account in south of China.

Education:
- Bachelor or above in process automation or electrical engineering.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Background of P&P industry like sale ,technical or service is preferred Good teamwork sprits, customer-orientation and result-orientation, good communication and coordination skills.

- Work hard and with multiple tasks, travel frequently.

- Have application knowledge of Drive ,DCS and Power.

Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in relevant industry.
