Job Description
- Perform workshop inspection or audit in PV industry, such as PV modules, inverter, PV support bracket.

- Perform site inspection in related project, such as PV project.

- Review and understand applicable contractual requirements (regulations, technical standards, specifications, etc).

- Define and review Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plans, and relevant procedures

- Review and validate inspection of assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
-Define interventions

- Review and appraise inspection procedures

- Select the most appropriate inspection techniques

- Make decisions on the quality issues independently

- Design and deliver training for inspectors and clients

- Promote BV portfolio to clients

- Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information

- Monitor, coach and supervise one or more inspectors

Requirement：

- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Power Equipments or Technical College

- Working Experience: at least 5 years’ related working experience

- Fully conversant with PV inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique

- Good knowledge of national and/ international code, standard and regulation, such as IEC61215/IEC61730

- Familiar with Quality Management System

- Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan

- Able to monitor, coach 1 or more Inspectors

- Able to design and delivery of training for inspectors and clients

- Act as recognized senior professional in the relevant area

- Able to verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action

- Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements

- Good English and local language skills
