筹备高星级酒店采购部经理Purchasing Manager、采购主管

岗位职责Job Description：
采购经理负责酒店采购功能的平稳、高效运作，并为各部门提供高成本效益和高质量的产品。
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the purchasing function in the hotel and providing cost effective and high-quality supplies to the departments.

采购经理全权负责采购设备、货物和服务，并间接管理供应商。采购经理被要求在不同种类的支出中执行战略采购活动，寻找更好的交易，以及最符合条件的供应商或酒店的供应商。采购经理在财务总监和财务总监助理的指导下工作，依照既定的政策和程序，向各部门提供支持，并根据商业计划，满足酒店的材料采购和服务需求。这将包括计划和执行采购申请、存储和发放；他或她将与高级管理团队密切合作，管理成本和保持健康的现金流。
The Purchasing Manager is solely responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and indirectly managing vendors.  The Purchasing Manager is required to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and the most qualified and suitable suppliers or venders for the hotel.  The Purchasing Manager is general work under the direction and guidance of the Director of Finance and the Assistant Director of Finance, and within the guideline of the established policies and procedures, provide supportive functional assistance to all departments on hotel supplies, and translate the business plan into the material and service requirements by the hotel.  This will include planning and executing the purchase requisition, storage, and issuance; while he or she shall work closely with the senior management team in managing cost and maintaining healthy cash flow. 

任职资格Qualification：
- 大学相关专业毕业，至少3年以上在奢华或超奢华酒店内担任采购部经理
- 具有酒店筹建经验
- 了解市场和价格，擅长使用计算机并且能够有效地运用Excel，Word和PPT工作，擅长使用采购软件或应用程序，如Check SCM、PICC或其他流行软件
- 愿意接受挑战和工作压力者
- 能很好掌握英语说、读和写者优先

- Colleague education in related major. Minimum Three years experience as a Purchasing Manager in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel
- With pre-opening experience
- Knowledgeable on the market and prices, good at using computer and able to work effectively on Excel, Words and PPT. Good at using purchasing software or applications, such as Check SCM, PICC or other popular software
- Willing to take challenge and working under stress
- Good English on speaking, reading and writing is an advantage
