职位描述
Product Management:
a)Directly manage the overall product doing marketing strategies, approach and budgets. This includes product development, positioning, marketing content, and go to market strategy.
b)Lead product marketing efforts to understand segment influencers including customer demographics, buying behavior, competitive assessments, new developments and market needs. Develop and implement product marketing plans that highlight competitive landscape and customer needs.
c)Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing performance and forecasts. Report on the effectiveness of products marketing initiatives using pre-determined KPIs. Make recommendations for improvement.
d)Maintain a database of all product packages as developed by product marketing team members in the assigned territory.
Marketing Enablement:
Train and support BD teams in how to communicate the value proposition of the products to their target clients and develop the sales tools that support the promoting process, helping the BD teams to meet their revenue targets.
Internal & External Relationships:
a) Work closely with the (product) BD, marketing& supporting teams and third-party vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
b)Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across the FHCL network, including general managers, medical department head, and etcetera.
c)Establish and maintain external relationships including key opinion leaders, key clinicians, focus groups, patient advocacy groups, and so on.
General:
Other duties and special projects as directed by management

- 直接管理整个产品营销策略,结构和预算。这包括产品开发,定位,营销内容,以及走向市场战略。
- 领导产品营销工作,了解影响细分市场的因素,包括客户人口统计,购买行为,竞争评估,新发展和市场需求。
- 制定和实施产品营销计划,突出竞争环境和客户需求。
- 向管理层提供月度、季度和年度的销售业绩和市场预测。使用预先确定的KPI报告产品营销计划的有效性。提出进一步改善建议。
- 维护由产品营销团队成员在指定区域内开发的所有产品包的数据库。
市场推广支持:
培训和支持销售团队如何向目标客户传达产品的价值主张,开发支持销售过程的销售工具,帮助销售团队实现收入目标。
内部及外部关系:
- 与(产品)BD、市场和支持团队以及第三方供应商紧密合作,按时按预算开展活动。
- 通过FHCL网络与关键人员建立有效的专业关系,包括总经理、医疗总监等。
- 建立和维护外部关系,包括主要意见领袖,主要临床医生,焦点小组,患者倡导组织等等。
