职位描述
1、每日电话接听转接处理；
2、每日访客接待登记；
3、每周检查午餐券库存，及时领取并发放；
4、每日收取员工快递，并查看登记表是否登记，国际件需及时更新表格；
5、完成文具管理；
6、日常办公用品采购。
任职条件：
1、大专以上学历，形象良好，有服务精神，待人友善；
2、会简单英语交流；
3、有前台经验，会基本办公软件操作。
