II. Hall of Leaders Academy

• Hall of Leaders (hereafter HOL) Academy is running two branches in Wangjing and preparing to open the 3rd branch in Vietnam.
• Our students are from grade 2 to grade 11, most of whom are attending international schools. They are quite fluent in English, so a teacher's linguistic quality matters. (If you teach non-English subjects such as math, physics, and chemistry, we apply to them different criteria from English instructors.)
• HOL Academy is developing and teaching the following programs

       : Reading  & Writing

       : Debating

       : Literature

       : Research Paper

       : AP / SAT / TOEFL

III. Specifics

Area

• 12,000~40,000 RMB

• 5~6 days in a week, 5~6 hours in a day (We have adopted a flexible working, which mean you come to the academy only when you have classes, if you meet some criteria.)
• After one full year, 7~14 days of paid vacation are given.
  

• At least, 2 years of professional experience in related fields after graduation, or related Master Degree/Ph.D.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Have no criminal record and no serious disease

• Recommendation from the superintendent who applicant has WORKED under, NOT has studied or has been trained under.
• Recommendation letters would be great addition to applicants.
• Debate / MUN Award winning career
• Related Ph. Degree or Master's degree
• TOEFL: Higher than 116/ SAT: Higher than 1,550 /
  AP Score 5 in chemistry, physics, Literature, and World History
• More than 5 years of residence in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States or South Africa

III. Hall of Leaders Academy
     Hall of Leaders is running two academies in Wanjing and preparing to open the 3rd branch in
     Vietnam. This posting is to hire staffs who work for HOL academies.

     In the perspective of the entire business, HOL academy plays a critical role as a content
     incubator. It also provides the entire business with chances for M a n-Learning, leading to
     Machine-Learning.

     Our students are from Grade 2 to Grade 11, most of whom are attending international schools. They
     are quite fluent in English, so a teacher's linguistic quality matters.

     HOL Academy not only teaches English, but also teaches other fields in English. We are teaching
     and developing following programs:

      - Reading and Writing for K2-8
      - Debating (Asian Parliamentary, British Parliamentary)
      - Fiction and Non-fiction
