工作职责：

General definition of the mission(s):

Supervise the software development team, mentor and inspire the developers to build innovative medical devices that exceed customer expectations. Reporting to R&D Director.

Activity description :  

v  Supervises and overviews the whole software development of the multiple product releases;

v  Take software and architecture design decisions; 

v  Mentor for the software developers, maintain the software process and enforce it; 

v  Defines and maintains the software schedule;

v  Translate specification into development tasks.

                                                                                                                                    

任职资格：

skills & requirements：

v  10+ years of professional experience in software development for the industry;

v  Extensive experience in C++ programming;

v  Strong Object Oriented design skills;

v  In-depth knowledge of either Linux/UNIX or MS Windows;

v  Experience in the medical field and ultrasound in particular;

v  Perfect knowledge of software development process with prior experience as project manager;

v  Knowledge of the medical environment and its requirements; 

v  Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to software development of medical devices (ISO13485 / IEC62304);

v  Previous experience in embedded / real-time systems;

v  Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring;

v  Good English language skills;

v  Acute sense of humor.
