Responsibility:

1. Applying acoustic wave propagation and signal processing theory to the design and specification of new imaging algorithms and imaging sub-systems.

2. Development and implementation of new ultrasound imaging capabilities, including algorithm design, integration strategy, and SW implementation.

3. Participate in the design, development, and integration of new ultrasound systems and transducers.

4. Participate in architecture and design of the signal path for ultrasound-based imaging products and platforms.

5. Tune diagnostic ultrasound systems for optimum image quality on a range of transducers and imaging modes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science￡？Hydroacoustic Engineering or Related major. PHD preferred.

2. Experienced in ultrasound/radar/seismic/sonar signal processing or related.

3. Experienced in digital filter design/ beamforming/ image processing / doppler processing desired.

4. Experience in hand-on practice of Matlab and/or C++ desired.

5. R&D experience in medical imaging systems, especially ultrasound, desired.
