Summary
This position is mainly responsible for managing daily Channel Operations tasks and provides business support in the areas of channel management. We expected this person to work as channel operations focal point\, including contact renew, policy training, system training, invoice, rebate and so on.
This role also needs to be able to own specific work progress tracking mechanism, publish dashboard and escalate progress issues.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform, track and document channel management activities such as channel recruitment, on-boarding, enablement, termination, conversion and rebate and ensure compliance.
Contract process and documentation. Manage contract renew, amendment approval, publishing, collection and archiving.
Maintain accurate channel data within Salesforce and other systems to ensure the completion of the authorization and accuracy of channel information.
Support product source transition in public hospital.
Monitor important tender progress and leverage resources to ensure completion on time.
Perform due diligence on the termination application and conducting exit interviews with channel to minimal legal, compliance and financial risks.
Drive and monitor channel business plan through regular meeting and irregular communication. Implement performance measurement and channel incentive plan. Prepare weekly/monthly report for channel performance.
Support channel manager or organize independently on channel training program, channel meeting and visit.
Communicate critical updates and announcements to channel including policy, product launch, incentive plan, special marketing and sales programs etc.
Possess good knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.
Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, contact volume handled, turnaround time and quality.
Effectively sets priorities in order to meet workload commitments and all applicable established departmental goals
Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Able to summarize the work process and key points and train other team member.
Able to own specific work progress tracking mechanism, publish dashboard and escalate progress issues.
Additional responsibilities
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree or above. Majoring international trade, finance or IT related is preferred.
3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role, same industry a plus
Skills required
Ability to think critically, “outside the box”, for customer satisfaction and resolution and/or escalation of issues.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to ensure completion of daily responsibilities and assigned workload.
