岗位职责 Job Description

Carry out standard project manager responsibilities as directed by customer line manager, including: - schedule management - stakeholder management - cost management - quality management - requirements management Also take on system support and operation responsibilities by liaising with both customer business stakeholders and (internal and external) IT teams over production system issues and CRs. Support bidding and proposal activities when needed

Skill Requirements

At least 8 years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of 5+ years experience as Project Manager IT vendor experience and global project experience a big plus. Bachelor's degree required and fluent in English. Experience working with customer stakeholders from both business and IT teams, and with senior stakeholders. Understading of digital-related systems and concepts - such as CRM, SCRM, ERP, eCommerce, and customer loyalty - will be beneficial manufacture industry experience also a big advantage.
