Responsibilities:

The candidate will be part of the NXP MICRO BL Product Engineering team responsible for product development and maintenance for MICRO's high performance MCU and MPU products. Also own Test SW and HW developments independently for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp up and the whole lifetime.
In this role the candidate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Develop and debug test SW and HW for both Probe and F/T to support characterization, evaluation and mass production;
Work with worldwide cross-functional teams(design/system/test/application/quality/manufacturing) to identify failure root cause and find out solution for product issue;
Design and carry out experiments to identify failure root cause and fix validation;
Perform test flow/method optimization for test cost reduction and yield improvement;
Co-work with worldwide manufacturing team(fab/probe/assembly/test) to ensure the supply chain is running smoothly;
Supervise and support qualification activities for BOM change, manufacturing site transfer and process change;
Keep working on the quality improvement for owned product, lead the Customer Quality Incident analysis and containment action implementation

Requirements：

BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical field;
Understanding and knowledge in MCU and MPU application/testing/manufacturing filed;
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions;
Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated;
Intermediate programming skill on C/C++/VB;
Good level on oral and written English, CET4 or above;
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding and knowledge of ATE HW and SW development, better for J750 and V93K test platform;
Understanding of statistical principle and data analysis;
Experience of bench evaluation/validation/characterization for MCU or MPU products;
