Responsibilities:

- To provide technical solution in engineering to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals；
- Investigate & analyze process & equipment, to implement engineering qual & project as required；
- Support FOL shift daily production；
- Lead improvement project；
- New products program setup and follow up;
- Any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc) and major in Electronics Engineering is preferred
- Hard working and diligent, good ownership and teamwork
- Effective communication and feedback
- Strong desire to learn more and good discipline
- Good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus
- Process statistical control knowledge is preferred 
- Microsoft office skills is required
