What You’ll Do:

• Timely, correctly bill to customer upon company regulations, follow-up with PM for the timesheet, milestone signoff, expenses confirmation, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate regarding to a revenue recognition of the department by monthly, quarterly and fiscal year
• Reconcile a revenue recognition with the accounting by monthly
• Manage and maintain the Global Services Application – in order to getting an information, reporting, analysis data for the department (Utilization report, P&L by project)
• Respond to any inquiries and other business correspondence related to Services Department via e-mail or a telephone, collaborate with related departments to resolve project related issues if any.
• Raise, prepare and collect a document related to Services Department including a purchase requisition, a quotation
• Supervise local activities for both local and international group activities
• To ensure the compliance of time and expenses submission including the completeness of signed time reports of all projects from Project Managers and Consultants and subcontractors, that we are able to bill customers on timely manner.
• Develop and ensure the accuracy of all contract related documents e.g. Work Order, Change Order, Quotation, SubC Agreement. Also ensure all documents are stored at proper location.
• To verify and ensure correctness of subcontractors' billable time and expenses in the system
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience >2 years for Project management or Consulting Administrator is prefered
• Excellent English both written and oral
• Tough and have good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to present information, reports, and spreadsheets in well organized manner
• Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
