Mission
Proactive management and control of the total FM activity at site level, including costs and very close co-operation with the customer.

Role
Secure that the sites are working according to VGRE FM strategy and concept and secure that FM operations is meeting BA/BU’s needs.
Key responsibilities
？ Working under general guidance of the relevant portfolio/process owner:
？ Operational FM supplier management and control
？ Assuring compliance with all applicable directives and laws (for instance security and work place).
？ Budgeting and follow-up of costs and service delivery.
？ Ordering of FM assignments together with responsible buyer from NAP.
？ Assure a transparent price model towards the customer.
？ Provide customers with figures for forecasts.
？ Identify local customers needs and changes in demand.
？ Report cost and delivery to area responsible of Director of FM.
？ Operational management of FM suppliers
？ Responsible for Site Service Agreement (SSA) towards supplier and customer. All agreements shall be in compliance with the service levels approved by Director of FM.

Person profile: a Facility supervisor who can work very close to customers and is good at networking and co-operation.

？ PC Proficiency (Office package) and good understanding of IT tools
？ Good skills in english written and spoken
？ Service focused, accurate, structured driven for results and follow up
？ Leadership capabilities, cross border teamwork
