文控专员Document Control (QA Specialist):

Responsibility:

1. 质量体系文件和记录管理：
2. 审核质量文件以确保符合质量体系要求；
3. 作为文控Agile系统管理员，负责指导文件owner按照要求上传文件并在Agile按照文控流程操作执行；
4. 负责指导记录owner按照要求上传电子记录。制定并维护记录保存要求；
5. 质量文件的分发；
6. 负责法规分析：
7. 针对新法规或升版的法规，召集对应的SME专家来分析法规并参与讨论，确保对法规的全面分析；
8. 定期跟踪法规分析所需采取的action，确保按时完成以符合法规要求；
9. 负责汇总整理QMS Monthly Report；
10. 质量辅导员Quality Coach管理：维护Quality Coach List，参与筹备Quality Coach活动。
11. 负责每月在Ariba系统中进行报销操作；
12. 负责在Labeling系统中维护产品证照。

资质要求：

1. 三年工作经验，医疗器械或制药行业；
2. 大专或本科；
3. 英语四级，听说读写较为熟练；
4. 善长使用办公软件；
5. 有较强的沟通能力和逻辑分析能力；
