Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Leverage knowledge of China's healthcare industry in terms of data/info. market

-Overall healthcare market understanding: including overall trends, major customer segments and key players in each segment;

-Leverage multiples sources of information and harnesses multiple approaches or methodologies to optimize the data offering build and supplement with both secondary and primary research as needed.

Work with internal development and production resources as well as external data suppliers to manage data assets in the build of a data offering for medical device manufacturers.

-Work with data suppliers to ensure regular data feeds on time and on specification.

-Work to analyze data sources for quality, accuracy, completeness and coverage in accordance with both the offering business requirements as well as the specifications agreed to with data suppliers.

-Leverage existing tools, and expertise to drive the build of master data files that serve as the core of the data offering.

-Assist offering development to construct and execute a data bridging process for managing regular data supplier feeds in building the offering.

-Leverage internal AI capabilities to deploy machine learning as a key step in the bridging of supplier data to create data deliverables.

-Drive the manual bridging process to bridge supplier records that cannot be bridged via automated processes.

-Assist stat team in understanding of the data in their work on statistical projections.

Work to resolve and report on data investigations to customers

-Research customer identified issues on data accuracy or completeness and report back to the customer.

-Update master files when necessary

-Re-state product history when necessary

Assist offering management and sales teams in positioning and answering key customer questions during initial sales discussions.

-Assist in educating customers and sales teams on the inclusion of specific products and in understanding the offering product classification system.

-Assist as needed in explaining the data management process from receipt of supplier information to projection of transaction volumes.

Work to produce any required test data during initial customer sales discussions.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bachelor of Science is preferred),accept fresh graduate.

-Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with deep understanding of customers’ data/info. needs, including pharmaceutical, medical device and other healthcare sectors.

-Familiarity with IQVIA data products a plus but not a requirement.

-Proficient in English
