Responsibilities:

? Work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth. 

? Work independently to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share. 

? Serve as the lead point of contact for key customer’s account management matters. 

? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.

? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

? Work with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP.

? Provide regular sales forecast & report.

Requirements:

? Bachelor or master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.

? Knowledge of RF architecture in 4G/5G wireless infrastructure is preferred. 

? Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

? Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English. 

? Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

? Domestic travel is required.

? Be proactive, be a good team member.
