职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and motivational leader to support and mentor leaders of Customer Experience (CX) teams. The Account Director is responsible for the successful strategic planning and execution of the account’s operations.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERABLES:    

Lead Operations and Support Managers to deliver client, employee and business owner outcome  

  •  Conduct monthly performance reviews with Operations and Support Managers to create personal development plans that facilitate improved business understanding  
  •  Nurture empowerment for all leaders and encourage continuous performance improvement ? Clearly communicate client performance expectations and contractual obligations to account leadership team  

      Lead the client management strategy to develop professional and sustainable working relationships with our client 

  • Ownership of key client contact relationships.
  • Liaise with client to communicate performance updates
  • Discuss & negotiate contractual outcomes as required  

Demonstrate sound fiscal management in achieving profitability goals

Ensure training and development of the account team members

  • Provide development opportunities to the account’s leadership team
  • Identify, mentor & develop people for future succession


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the position is required for this position
  • Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • With background in handling Advertising account/s
  • Must have experience in providing effective management to the team
  • Must have strong negotiation skills
  • With experience in Client Relationship Management 
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills
  • With related Project Management experience
  • Strong formal presentation and facilitation skills
  • Candidate must be willing to be based in Ortigas Center, Pasig and work shifting schedule ? Full-Time position(s) available
