Specific duties and responsibilities具体职责
? Quality and environmental coordinator for the plant Implement the quality and environmental management system locally
工厂质量和环境管理体系代表，贯彻工厂质量和环境管理体系。
? Coordinate the establishment of quality and environmental objectives and programs based on Brose’s quality strategy and the plant objectives in cooperation with the VP Quality Asia and the plant management
协助工厂总经理和亚洲质量总监建立基于博泽质量方针的工厂内部各项质量和环境目标。
? Monitor quality and environmental performance with appropriate ratios; coordinate the introduction of specific corrective measures and programs
通过适宜的指标监控质量和环境管理业绩，协助制订具体的纠正措施和流程。
? Introduce continuous improvement of quality processes in the plant
在工厂内导入质量过程的持续改进。
? Provide support for serious quality problems and or critical quality situations personally by establishing or maintaining necessary customer contacts
与客户建立长期稳定的联系，在发生严重质量问题或危及质量情况下提供迅速有效的支持。
? Stop production or block material and finish goods in case of high risk of quality issue, to ensure no failure parts delivered to customer.
在发现重大质量隐患或风险时，停止生产线生产并隔离可疑原材料和成品，以确保无缺陷件发给客户。
? Plan, implement and review appropriate quality and environmental audits
策划和实施各项质量和环境审核。
? Use QM and EM (Environmental Management) reviews to provide regular reports to and coordinate required actions with the plant management
为质量和环境管理评审准备相关报告，并协助工厂总经理制订必须的行动计划。
? Establish quality cost controlling and controlled intervention
建立质量成本控制和控制方法。
? Handle the establishment, certification, advanced development and validation of the QM and EM systems; serve as first point of contact for environmental questions from authorities, customers, suppliers and other interested parties

? Manage employees including appropriate employee development plan together with Human Resources department; responsible for job-related coordination of quality employees in the production team

? Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose operation assigned by disciplinary supervisor. These tasks could be cross functional.

任职要求：
Educational and professional training/relevant experience
? Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a technical field
理工科本科以上学历
? Minimum five years experience in quality management，at least 2 years as quality manager in the automotive industry
至少有五年以上质量工作经验，2年以上质量经理经历。
Specialized knowledge and skills 特殊技能或要求
? Quality auditor质量内审员资质
? Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods 知悉防错和质量策划方案
? Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use对生产方法有所了解
