Job Description

The Senior Process Engineer works within the Process Engineering & Automation team as a champion for best practice processes across Customer Implementation & Professional Services (CIPS). This role leads the identification, delivery and sustainability of process improvement opportunities across CIPS with a focus on improving service, quality, speed, revenue and cost outcomes.  This role is vital in supporting key programmes of work across CIPS and ensuring our processes continue to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for process improvement across Customer Implementation & Professional Services Maintain a process repository using best practice BPMN approach and subsequent procedures are updated with appropriate governance Provide process related training and support on new processes Ensure appropriate governance and rigor is applied to process changes from ideation through to implementation and control Supports major change programs and projects across customer operations in a way that adds rigor and transparency Acts as a champion across Customer Operations to drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities Ensures a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurements Engages cross functionally with Technology on information exchange and requirements planning

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Degree educated

· Fluent English language

· Experienced in Business Process Re-Engineering working within an Agile / DevOps and consulting environment

· Proven experience of designing and embedding operational process improvements
