Position Summary

We are looking for an individual to deliver Quality Engineering standards and related supporting assets, assess compliance and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires the individual has rich experience on driving continuous improvement on quality and efficiency. The candidate should have strong software development, testing and process improvement skill, great passion and strong soft skills to influence people.

 

Role Responsibilities 

 ·       Drive Testing Standard adoption, promote process optimization culture with training, coach, workshop, etc.

·       Deliver supporting assets, e.g., procedures, guidelines, templates.

·       Develop and deliver trainings.

·       Assess teams’ practices to identify opportunities, drive remediation and improvement actions.

·       Identify process automation opportunities and work with tools team to implement.

·       Propose and analyse metrics, design quality dashboard for management and delivery teams.

·       Coordinate internal or external partners to collaborate on the items above and drive for result.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience Required 

 

Basic

·       Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or any related fields.

·       At least 5 years of software development / testing experience.

·       Strong knowledge and experience of project management.

·       Working knowledge of development and testing tools.

·       Lean Six Sigma knowledge and project experience.

·       Change Management capability.

·       Experience in delivering training.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.

·       Desire to extend knowledge base and good learning ability.

·       Proactive, patient and responsible.

·       Innovative mentality.

 

Preferred

·       Experience in approaches for Scrum, scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) and DevOps.

·       Experience in Test Automation.

·       Experience in process automation.

·       Project management experience.

·       Oversea teamwork experience.
