这一职位会提供百济广州工厂的每日IT运营。他们会支持工厂和实验室系统的用户，候选人会作为IT的一员来保障基础架构和系统稳定高效运行，保护我们的关键信息，系统和资产，提供方案，布署新软件和硬件，并支持开发，以满足IT整体战略。
理想的候选人将具有基础架构和支持服务的经验，包括虚拟化系统，备份系统，及在不断变化的环境中引入新技术。候选人应当具备在医药生产环境下IT营运及终端用户支持的经验。
This position will support the day to day IT operations of Beigene Guangzhou manufactory. They will support manufacturing and lab systems for the users. The candidate will be part of the IT team to ensure infrastructures and systems runs smoothly and efficiently, protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy
The ideal candidate should bring experience working in infrastructure and support services including virtualized system, backup system and introducing new technologies and change in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have IT Operations and End User Services background in a pharm manufactory environment.
Essential Functions of the job:

?各类数据收集，分析和归档
?排查问题及故障并提供分析报告
?参与工厂IT各类项目建设，确保项目准时交付
?直线经理安排的其他工作
?User accounts maintenance for manufacturing and lab systems
?Configure security tools and ensure endpoints security
?Regularly check NTP and backup configuration on all kinds of endpoints
?Data collection, Data analyst and Data archive
?Troubleshoot issues and outages and provide analysis report
?Participate in all kinds of IT project in manufacturing, ensure project deliver on time
?Other tasks assigned by line manager
职位要求：
Qualification:
?三年及以上IT相关工作经验
?良好的人际关系技巧和跨职能团队的工作能力
?较强的分析和组织能力
?有账户管理，数据管理，数据库管理或类似工作经验
?熟悉多个数据库系统(如SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
?At least 3 years IT related working experience
?Good relationship skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
?Strong analytical and organizational skills
?Account management, Data management, Database management or related working experience
?Familiar with multiple database systems (like SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
Preferred Qualifications:

?Experience in pharm industry preferred
?Knowledge of manufacturing computer validation system

Education Required:
?Bachelor's degree in MIS/CIS/BIS or Business or Engineering
