1、细胞培养工艺开发、技术转移、GMP生产管理，包括但不限于：细胞复苏、扩增、培养、离心、澄清。；

2、主导细胞培养相关文件的起草修订审核。

3、主导细胞培养相关评估及验证的开展，包括但不限于：技术转移、工艺表征、工艺验证、清洁验证。

任职资格:

1、制药或发酵相关学科硕士及以上学历，5年及以上生物制药生产或工艺开发相关工作经验；

2、熟悉细胞培养技术、生产过程控制和成本控制；

3、熟悉技术转移和工艺表征，熟悉NMPA、EU、FDA、ICH等法规要求和指南；

4、具有较强的沟通协调、问题解决能力，熟练进行统计分析；

5、具有较强的团队管理能力，能够无障碍的进行英文听说读写。
