岗位职责：

•  理解公司当前项目中涉及到的技术和方法，并和相关研发人员进行沟通.
•  对公司立项开发的产品进行全面或重点专利分析，可专利性判断和侵权判断，对公司开发要去设计进行初步的可专利性判断.
•  根据项目开发进度，合理安排专利申请计划，做好药物和医疗器械开发的专利战略布局和知识产权的保护.
• 撰写专利申请书、专利复审、无效、诉讼等应答跟踪.
• 跟踪专利申请过程、答复专利审查意见.
• 专利许可，转让事务的处理.
• 确保在官方时限内完成专利申请.
• 研究与公司产品线相关的其他专利，并提交分析报告.

岗位要求：

• 学士学位.
• 至少2年专利申请工作经验.
• 熟练的英语读写能力.

优先考虑：

• 生物和工程专业背景.
• 硕士以上学历.
• 有完整的发明专利申报经历的经验.
• 熟练的外语技能.
• PCT应用工作经验.

As a patent engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating and understanding the technologies, techniques, and methods involved in the company's current projects.
• Evaluating the patentability of inventions and innovations.
• Making strategic plans on intellectual property protection.
• Writing the patent application whilst anticipating any possible objections from the patent office.
• Preparing responses to reports from patent examiners.
• Dealing with assignments of a patent when sold or transferred.
• Ensuring application and renewal deadlines are met.
• Researching other patents related to the company's pipeline and submitting analysis reports.

Job requirements:

• A 4-year bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2-year of work experience with the patent application process.
• Proficiency in language skills in English writing and reading.

Prefered candidates:

• A background in biology-related or egnieering majors.
• A master degree or higher.
• A background in patent law studies.
• Holding more than one proficient foreign language skills.
• PCT application work experience.
