Mission
GRGBanking provides various solutions in the banking industry worldwide. The candidate of the opening position will work oversea in some important markets of the company with a mission of developing the local business of our software solutions. He/she needs to coordinate the project implementation, to build up and manage the local business, to collect the information of marketing and of new business opportunities. The position will work closely with both domestic R&D and sales team. Be aware that the candidates have to stay oversea for long periods.

Responsibilities
l Build up and maintain the strategic project (biz model) in foreign country
l Act as project manager to deliver the customized solution and initialize the biz/revenue model
l Act as technical manager to setup/lead a local team who will be sent/hired from China or from the local country.
l Solution sales and business development in the foreign country/region.
l Provide technical support to both internal sales team and external business partners
Skills
l Strong technical skills in software developing. able to analyze project requirement and design system architecture
l Strong project management skills
l Excellent communication skill, demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive "win" at all stage of project life

Requirements
l Familiar with Windows, Linux
l Familiar with one or two development language, such as C, Java, .NET
l Familiar with at least one commercial database e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
l Strong requirement analysis skill;
l 2+ years project manager working experience.
l Strong People and communication skill, among both GRG and 3rd party suppliers;
l Fluent English in both oral and writing
l Experience in Banking and Finance industry will be a big plus
l Able to work abroad for 1+ years. (Countries will include but not limit to South Africa, Mexico, Russia, India, Turkey, etc.)
