工作内容：

1, Role as RF Power Design Engineer for Shanghai RF Design Center.

2, Responsible for the Demo circuit design and tuning for RFP GaN transistor;

3, Responsible for the RFP GaN transistor design and tuning;    

4, Able to perform debugging the application issues from the key customer;

5, Develop/duplicate automation in RFP testing and setup of equipment for device/module characterization;

6, Assisting FAE with specific Project tracking;

7, Lab work such as building and testing Demo circuits and evaluating/testing GaN devices for specific customer request;

岗位要求：

1, Bachelors minimum requirement, Master degree is preferred. (specializing in Electromagnetic Fields, Microwave & RF power ).

2, At least 2 years of experience in RF Power circuit design and application/system development. 

3, Experienced in LDMOS/GaN RF power amplifier designs, especially Doherty amplifiers design. 

4, Must be experienced with EDA software such as ADS, AWR, and ANSOFT (Designer, HFSS) etc 

5, Must be proficient in using different kinds of RF test/measurement instruments. 

6, Self motivator and able to work independently. 

7, Good communication and interpersonal communication skills. 

8, Reading/Writing fluently in English and Chinese, good Japanese skills is also preferred.
