Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of store expense and utility comsuption, including review, verify and track. Provide insights by analyzing the monthly/quarterly/annual data
• Independently handle third party service vendor communication and(or) negotiation, including but not limited to contract review, quotation negotiation, bidding process, vendor profile review
• Support line manager on uniform life cycle management, from the phase of budgeting, ordering, shipment tracking to allocation and inventory management; support new employee on-boarding process
• Communicate and lead the monthly store supply and packaging calendar, work with field leaders to understand the best tools and resources that drive efficiencies
• Consolidate contents in PowerPoint for monthly Ops review deck and Ops calendar;
• Facilitate the communication with contractors and malls to support new store opening and existing store renovation projects
• Manage the store maintenance work, including the quarterly A/C maintenance, and seasonal lightbox image update etc.
• Support new initiative/tools roll out process including reviewing operations manual and drafting relevant process and policies

• Bachelor degree holder from an elite university, at least 2 years relevant working experiences at top tier luxury brands; store background is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on multi-task base with outstanding time management and planning skills
• Good team player, able to build close rapport with internal stakeholders
• Result oriented, hands on and detailed
• Good command of English and MS Office application
