职位描述


  

  • Define and roll out an E-commerce business development plan with a clear focus on selling more to existing customers and to new customers and increase the e-commerce loyalty.

  • Implement driven digital marketing plan to bring more qualified traffic to the webshops and convert maximum of qualified visitors into E-sales customers.

  • Build expertise in analytics the prospects/ customers web visit behaviors, find out where people are stuck, understand how to influence shopping behavior and adapt the plan to make it easier for prospects/customers to buy online.

  • Work closely with the sales team to create a win-win situation for both E-commerce and the sales teams.

  • Implement AI solution and work with product manager to define the best cross & up sell strategy, onsite communication, promotions to maximize conversion and E-sales.

  • Keep close communication with E-commerce global team and share local experience and learning with the team. 


    Requirements:



  

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or communication.

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in digital sales, marketing, E-commerce.

  • Strong analytical skill, and familiar with analytical tool (Google Analytics or other web analysis tools) is a plus.

  • Natural born communicator, able to influence and to be influenced.
  • Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
  • Good team player and you can work well cross functional.
