岗位职责:

Support product promotion and customer campaign. Communicate with related department, help to develop promotion plan, track campaign progress, follow up campaign KPI and complete analysis report.
支持产品推广及客户活动。主要负责与相关部门沟通协调，协助制定推广活动计划，追踪执行进度，追踪活动KPI并完成相应的分析报告。

Effectively use internal and external resources to develop tools for leads generation, or product and customer campaign, for better customer experience and response.
充分利用内外部资源，为获客、产品推广或客户活动开发推广工具，提供良好的客户体验，提高客户响应率。

Support distributions to develop plans to increase leads conversion rate, and responsible for tracking conversion progress and analysis report.
支持渠道制定计划或举措，提高获客名单的转化率，并负责追踪客户转化进度，并完成相应分析报告。

Support MM key customer value management related projects (eg. NPS, VoC) and other customer related projects, help to draft wrap-up report and file the important documents.
支持市场部的主要客户价值管理项目（如NPS、VoC）及其他客户相关项目，帮助撰写相关总结报告，完成相关重要项目文件的整理归档。

Provide administrative support to CMO, including meeting arrangements and travel arrangements, etc.
为CMO提供行政工作支持，包括会议及差旅安排等。

Other responsibilities as designated by line manager and coordinate with related staff.
与其他同事合作，完成直线主管交代的其他工作事项。

任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above. Qualification in marketing or finance will have advantage.

3 years related working experience

Excellent English in reading/writing/speaking

Good writing skills in both English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Having experience in product marketing, digital marketing or customer data analysis will have advantage.
