【岗位职责】

    1、教务工作

    （1）协助专硕教务中心完成教务对接工作：培养方案的制定与完善，导师信息库的收集整理，调研学生对课程的评价与反馈；

    （2）负责学生专题讲座、企业参观等组织工作；

    （3）协助组织学生开题动员、论文中期检查及答辩工作。

    2、招生及学生活动工作

    （1）协助本部门完成招生复试工作；

    （2）担任班主任进行班级管理；

    （3）协助部门组织素质拓展、文艺晚会等学生活动。

        

【任职要求】 

    1、本科或以上学历，身心健康，有1年以上教务工作经验；

    2、能熟练使用办公软件，精通Excel；

    3、耐心细致，有良好的人际交往能力、抗压能力以及良好的表达和沟通能力。

Welcome to the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Beihang University. For over fifty years, Beihang SEM, as one of the first economics and management schools in China, has achieved remarkable accomplishments along with the fast development of China’s economy and society.
