Day to Day Responsibilities:

? Work with development team, division engineering and COT to review NPI customer requirement, risk assessment, process readiness review and development.
? Work with WWPE, Engineering, AE to understand industry trends and Corning’s capability, to generate Corning master spec.
? Establish quality architecture at COT and blank parts CMs: Quality Control Plan, QPA/QSA readiness review, metrology qualification, inspector training/qual., product traceability etc.
? Manage the product quality from NPI sample build, internal qualification, customer qualification and mass production.
? Host customer QPA/QSA audit from Ops team, lead internal pre-audit to mobilize Corning/COT cross functional team, identify and drive gap closure.
? Manage customer quality performance: metrology and inspection alignment, RMA performance, customer complaint resolution via 8D reports.
? Conduct PCPD audit and quality KPI monitoring to ensure CM compliance & performance.
? Drive Cost of Quality reduction: optimize quality process, limit sample management etc.
? Support COT Phire operations quality (SW new product design in, ramp etc.)

Education & Experiences:

?？ Bachelor Degree or above
?？ 7+ years experiences in quality functions of technical production manufacturing
?？ Experienced at CM or Supplier quality management

Required Skills:

?？？ Good command of English, written and verbal.
?？？ Basic metrology knowledge and familiar to CAD software
?？？ Problem Solving and Analytical skills
?？？ Process quality control and improvement experience
?？？ ISO audit experience
?？？ Customer complaints handling experience
?？？ Presentation and communication skills
?？？ Cross-cultural Sensitivity
